The exchange program will begin in July when DHBW students visit the BU Gaborone Campus. In addition to educating students about “Best Practice in the field of Sustainable Tourism in Botswana and Germany”, the continuous and fruitful collaboration intends to develop appropriate curriculum and resources for sustainable tourism education jointly. It also has an exciting dual study concept or Work Integrated Learning, which allows students to spend three months on campus and another three months working full time in the industry.
