    Prof. Paul Evans’s Lecture on Talent Management

Bottom Left: Prof. Paul Evans presented his new book to the Assistant Manager (Library, Teaching and Research Excellence Department), Mr. Alois Mhundwa, and lauded the team for their unwavering support. Bottom Right: Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Finance and Employability, Dr. Priya Iyer, thanked the stakeholders for their continuous support towards the growth of BU and also introduced the new board of the Botho Community Initiative (BUCI). She urged the stakeholders to support the organisation for the betterment of the community.

     

    Emeritus Professor Paul Evans gave an insightful and engaging lecture on The Elements of Talent Management on the 22nd March 2023 at the BU Gaborone Campus to leading Chief Executives Officers (CEO), leading industry leaders, BU Senior Management, and staff. He shared his expertise in talent management with many practical examples from various multinationals globally.

    Prof. Paul Evans also presented a copy of his recent book, The Global Challenge: Managing People Across Borders, to the Assistant Manager (Library, Teaching, and Research Excellence Department), Mr. Alois Mhundwa. The highly successful and interactive lecture was followed by a networking session with stakeholders from various sectors.
