Female International Researchers Network (FIRE) recently visited Botho University Gaborone Campus. The team included Prof Sabine Moebs and Prof. Wendy Fehlner who met with the Senior Management and staff including BU Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Sheela Raja Ram, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Finance and Employability, Dr Priya Iyer and the team from Student and Alumni Affairs Department (SAAD).
During the visit, the following were discussed: the developing partnership between FIRE and BU, potential community development initiatives, FutureSkills, Empowerment for Women in Tourism, Sustainable Tourism, Diversity and Gender Equality.
