As an environmentally aware institution with over 23 years in the field of education and being one of the first institution in Botswana to adapt “Roof Top Solar Power” technology, Botho University shares a responsibility in educating the community towards the many dangers of plastic pollution. As a University, Botho embarked on a “ZERO Plastic” policy and has plans to combine the same with an aggressive campaign,  to raise the bar on awareness on the dangers of single use plastic and its impacts on the environment. BU will be sharing a series of messages with a hashtag #SayNoToPlastic #LetUsLiveWithoutPlastic on all its virtual platforms with striking visuals and messages.
