    Botho University Partners with Ministry of Education and Skills Development to Transform Botswana’s Education Landscape

    Botho University and the Ministry of Education and Skills Development have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate and enhance education in Botswana. Two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) were signed by them. The first MoU focuses on training teachers to integrate technology for effective teaching and learning, aligning with Botswana’s Vision 2036.

    BU will train 4,500 secondary school teachers online, aiming to create a modern digital learning environment. Additionally, BU will develop an App to teach literacy to hearing-impaired learners, supporting inclusive education.

    The partnership established sets a benchmark for other stakeholders to emulate and showcases Botho University’s dedication to the growth and development of the nation.
