On Tuesday, 10th October 2023, Botho University, Lesotho Campus held a vibrant event to welcome new students. The event was held at CRC Hall, Katlehong in the presence of the Vice Chancellor, Dr. Sheela Raja Ram, Pro-Vice Chancellor for Maseru Campus, Mr. Golekanye Setume, and two members of the Botho University Advisory Council representing Lesotho Campus; Mr. Mohlabi Tsekoa & Mrs. ‘Makotelo Motseko respectively.
The highlight of the event were Finance, Transformational & Personal coaches, Mr. Tokiso Nthebe & Ms. Limpho ‘The Gladiator” Matlakala, respectively who provided the much needed motivation & guidance to the students handling their personal finance and also the academic and transformation of an individual in a university setting while the Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) implored on the students to respect the laws particularly with regard to protests & strike actions.
The PVC, Mr. Golekanye Setume, congratulated all students for choosing Botho University to shape and brighten their prosperous futures.
